Eco friendly

Eco-friendly literally means earth-friendly or not harmful to the environment products that contribute to green living or practices that help conserve resources like water and energy. Eco-friendly products also prevent contributions to air, water and land pollution. You can engage in Eco-friendly habits or practices by being more conscious of how you use resources and what you buy.

Toxin

A toxin is “a poisonous substance that is a specific product of the metabolic activities of a living organism and is usually very unstable, notably toxic when introduced into the tissues, and typically capable of inducing antibody formation”.

However, many chemicals — either naturally occurring or man-made — can be poisonous. These are called ‘toxic chemicals’; but many of us refer to them as toxins as well.

A toxin-free product would mean that the product is free from any natural or man-made poisons, that will have a negative impact upon our health.

Recyclable

Recycling is processing used materials (waste) into new, useful products. This is done to reduce the use of raw materials aswell as reducing energy usage, air pollution (from incineration), and water pollution (from landfilling).

Vegan

The core virtue of the vegan concept is that it enables, through the tiniest efforts, the prevention of vast amounts of animal suffering and environmental degradation.

BPA and BPS

BPA stands for bisphenol A. BPA is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1960s. BPA is found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. Polycarbonate plastics are often used in containers that store food and beverages, such as water bottles.

BPS is an analogue of BPA that has replaced BPA in a variety of ways, being present in thermal receipt paper, plastics, and indoor dust. After health concerns associated with bisphenol A grew in 2012, BPS began to be used as a replacement. structures are remarkably similar. The compounds also behave like BPA, part of the reason why they make a good replacement for manufacturers — if not for consumers looking to oust hormone-disrupting chemicals from their products. This is not safer but mimic exactly the same as BPA toxic to our health and environment.
