Returns and Refunds
Returns can only be made if the product is unopened and the seal not is broken, a credit will be issued on account, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. All items must be authorised before being returned. Please email Hello@thehappybottle.com. Please DO NOT return after 14 days, unless advised to do so by one of our customer services team.
The customer is responsible for the charge to return the items unless faulty.
Can I return an item purchased in a sale?
Items purchased during a sale period are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via email corresponding to your order. If a refund has been requested, we will automatically issue a store credit code on your account which must be used within 12 months of being issued.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
You should not receive a faulty product (As our bottles are checked by our team before they are sent out for quality assurance) However on occasions one might slip through. If you receive a faulty item we are sorry to hear this, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of the faulty goods. You can do this by emailing Hello@thehappybottle.com with photos of the defected or damaged items and a description. Once assessed by our team you will be updated with the next step either a refund, a store credit or exchange.
If a refund is given, you will receive this within 30 days of us receiving the goods.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange send us an email at Hello@thehappybottle.com with photos of the defected or damaged items and a description. After an assessment has been made by our team, they will let you know the next steps to take.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage when returning as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
